Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for choosing Ducksoupvisas as (Whiz World India-Part of SRS infoway) for your immigration consulting needs. Ensuring utmost satisfaction for our clients is at the core of our mission. Prior to embarking on our services, we urge you to peruse our refund policy attentively.

Our Company's Refund Protocol:

  1. 1. The client is entitled to refund of a certain percentage of the fees excluding taxes, in case of rejection in education and/or skill assessment and/or rejection of application by the concerned authorities.
  2. 2. If the agreement is cancelled for any reason on the request of either party within one week of the date of agreement, Ducksoupvisas will retain a certain amount towards Commence with Initial Expenses, Reimburse Remaining Fees to Client.
  3. 3. The client shall write to the first party with supported documents for claiming refund. If Upon validation of the refund claim in accordance with the agreement terms, Ducksoupvisas will expedite the processing of the request within the mutually established timeframe.
  4. 4. Any token or advance payment made towards consultancy fee without signing of agreement is not refundable.
  5. 5. It is further made clear that there shall be no refund in any other cases, including cases of self-withdrawal for any reason, any personal loss, job or financial loss In situations such as medical constraints, unavailability of necessary documentation, or pursuing alternative international prospects independently, Ducksoupvisas reserves the prerogative, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend services for a reasonable duration.
  6. 6. Initial Consultation Fee: The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the consultant's time and expertise in assessing your case and providing initial guidance.
  7. 7. Service Fees: Service fees for immigration consulting are non-refundable once the service has been provided. This includes but is not limited to document preparation, application submission, and representation.
  8. 8. Discontinuation of Services by Client: If the client chooses to discontinue our services before completion for any reason, no refund will be provided for the services already rendered.
  9. 9. Cancellation by Consultant: In rare circumstances where the consultant is unable to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or incapacity, a full refund for the remaining services will be provided.
  10. 10. Refunds for Unsuccessful Cases: In the event that an application is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control, such as changes in immigration laws or regulations, no refunds will be provided. However, we will work with you to explore alternative options and provide additional assistance at our discretion.
  11. 11. Refunds for Mistakes by Consultant: If a refund is deemed necessary due to a mistake on the consultant's part, such as incorrect advice or documentation errors directly resulting in the application's rejection, a full or partial refund may be provided at the discretion of Ducksoupvisas as (Whiz World India-Part of SRS infoway)
  12. 12. Refund Process: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 days of the request.
  13. 13. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients, we do not guarantee the success of any immigration application. Therefore, refunds will not be provided solely on the basis of an application being unsuccessful.
  14. 14. Changes to Policy: Ducksoupvisas as (Whiz World India-Part of SRS infoway) reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications shall take effect immediately upon their publication on our website or dissemination through other communication platforms.
  15. 15. Dispute Resolution:In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or any other matter, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation and mediation.
  16. 16. Force Majeure:The consultant shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or acts of terrorism. b. In such cases, the consultant may, at their discretion, offer alternative solutions or reschedule services, but no refunds will be issued.
  17. 17. Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and truthful information required for the immigration process. b. Any misrepresentation or omission of information by the client may result in the termination of services without refund.
  18. 18. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. should you have any inquiries or apprehensions, feel free to reach out to us without delay.

Abridged Client Declaration:

  1. 1. All the information provided by me is correct to the best of my knowledge.
  2. 2. I will not share the information, checklists, documents etc. The materials furnished by the company are solely for my personal utilization and must not be shared or utilized for any other purpose.
  3. 3. I will not use any employee from the Company for services which are not mentioned in the Service Agreement.
  4. 4. I declare that I have never been involved in any anti national or unlawful activities and I am not involved in any civil / criminal litigation and no such case/ litigation is pending against me.
  5. 5. I will not ask for or insist on any change in the scope or terms of the agreement after signing, including any change in country, number of applicants etc.
  6. 6. I will communicate with the company or its representatives primarily through email rather than orally and understand that the company will follow the same protocol to reduce any communication gap. I also understand that the company will not communicate with any person other than the applicant.
  7. 7. I understand that the company may assign different team members for different tasks as there are specialized resources for different activities and a single point of contact may not be possible in the entire duration of the agreement.
  8. 8. I will deal with the company representatives in a courteous and professional manner and in case I am not satisfied at any point of time, I will escalate the issue in the prescribed manner.
  9. 9. I understand that I will get updates on my process only when there is a material change relevant to my profile.
  10. 10. I will fulfill my obligations specified under the agreement in a timely manner, including but not limited to: preparing for and taking the English test, getting the required transcripts/ Submitting educational documents and remitting the necessary fees to the pertinent authorities.
  11. 11. I understand that the training is based on various methodologies including e-learning, audio lessons and sessions with trainers over phone, but does not include any classroom sessions I consent to adhere to the prescribed methodology endorsed by the company's experts/trainers, encompassing timing, frequency, material submission, test booking, and other pertinent guidelines.
  12. 12. I understand that trainer sessions will be provided for a maximum of three months.
  13. 13. I will be provided training material that is developed by the company, and any third party study material or practice tests would need to be purchased from the market or accessed through other sources, if required.
  14. 14. I understand that I am free to take any other training from other sources, but I will still need to complete all the assignments, tests and training sessions given by the company. In the event that I do not complete these activities and do not take the training sessions provided by the company, I will still bear the cost of the training as the decision of not taking the training is solely mine.
  15. 15. I understand the importance of the score in the English test and in the event that I do not get an appropriate score, I would be willing to give the exam again to improve the score as I understand fully that this can impact the end outcome.
  16. 16. I understand that it is in my best interest to decide the test date and test location in discussion with the company as choosing an early date for the exam or a venue not recommended by the company could impact the overall test score.
  17. 17. I am aware of the requirements for the English test for my spouse (if married) and the main focus of the training sessions provided by the company will be the primary applicant. The secondary applicant (spouse) is free to attend the training sessions together with the main applicant as separate sessions for the secondary applicant will not be provided.
  18. 18. I am aware that some professions which include but are not limited to doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants etc., may require additional licensing or approvals from relevant authorities and I agree to take the onus of checking the same from the official authorities where necessary.
  19. 19. I understand that the information provided to the immigration consultant is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.
  20. 20. I acknowledge that any misrepresentation or omission of information may result in the termination of services without refund.
  21. 21. I agree to cooperate with the immigration consultant and provide any additional documentation or information required for the immigration process.
  22. 22. I understand that consultation fees are non-refundable and that service fees are only refundable under specific circumstances outlined in the refund policy.
  23. 23. I acknowledge that the immigration consultant may not be held liable for any delays or failures in the immigration process due to circumstances beyond their control.
  24. 24. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the consultant's refund policy.
